You’ll notice no prices listed on the online menu for this sumptuous restaurant at the quiet, ultra-luxurious Amangani resort hotel. But if you have to ask…. Let’s just say it’s not cheap. The the rest of the often locally-sourced menu is just as special, and changes seasonally.

It’s always nice to find an outstanding wine and liquor shop when you’re on vacation. It’s even better to find one that has a killer wine bar with a full tapas menu in back. Bin22 is one of my favorite spots in Jackson. Pull up a stool, shake off the snow, and dig in to the Bin’s half-priced happy hour drinks (as of this writing, this included an excellent Châteauneuf-du-Pape) and creative small plates. Recommendations: huevos rotos, paella, and mozzarella cheese.
